I wanted to thank you for the immediate attention you provided us in acquiring satellite phones for our technicians as they were dispatched to the hurricane affected areas of Mississippi and Louisiana. Our company had lost service to numerous cellular towers in that area and landline phone coverage was spotty at best. For the first several days the only communication we had with our work crews were the phones you had provided. We found out quickly that by having these units in the technician's hands we could coordinate our restoration efforts much easier and get our network back on the air in a shorter period of time.

I commend you for your help in getting these phones to us on such short notice. I appreciate you being on top of the issues that were presented to you and following up to insure that we had the equipment needed in an emergency situation. Because of your efforts we were able to send our teams into areas that were not only isolated from the outside world but also presented conditions that we felt were dangerous. Our teams were able to stay in constant communication with our emergency operations center and relay essential information which helped facilitate our decision making process.
